News Release 27th March 2007 Nujira appoints Bernard Morgan as Chief Financial Officer Nujira, the company leading the development of high performance Envelope Tracking technology to improve RF power amplifier (PA) efficiency, today announced the appointment of Bernard Morgan as Chief Financial Officer. Bernard, a chartered management accountant, has over 20 years of experience in senior financial management positions in the electronics industry, and has worked in VC/private equity backed companies for over 10 years during which time he gained extensive fundraising, finance and operational experience. Immediately prior to joining Nujira, Bernard worked for seven years at Celoxica, a leading provider of accelerated computing software and solutions, culminating in the company's IPO in 2005. Prior to Celoxica he worked as Vice President, Finance, Europe at LSI Logic, and also worked for Philips for ten years in a number of divisions including lighting, consumer electronics and media. Bernard is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. Bernard Morgan said, "I’m very excited about joining Nujira at this stage in the company’s development. Nujira’s technology will make a tremendous improvement to the energy efficiency of new 3G and WiMAX base stations, reducing both capital and operating costs - and helping operators to ’go green’ at the same time.
