in hair-loss solutions on the horizon
Bosley, a world leader in hair-loss and medical
hair restoration, has entered into an agreement with Intercytex,
Limited, of Manchester, England. Intercytex, a research and manufacturing
facility known for its ability to isolate, culture, and deliver
native human cells from the skin, lungs, and kidneys, is currently
engaged in the development of novel, cell-based therapies for the
treatment of wounds and hair loss. According to
Bosley President and CEO John R. Ohanesian: "Bosley is excited
to have the opportunity to work with this leader in cellular biology
and tissue engineering. The application of cell-based technology
on hair-loss solutions is extremely promising for the hair restoration
